In Waltham Forest, dog wardens and police are determined to enforce the Dangerous Dogs Act as the cameras follow a team of 20 dog wardens and police officers as they check the insurance documents of registered Pit Bulls in the area. The wardens and police officers pay a visit to a ywoman, whose insurance for her dog, Spray, ran out around four months ago. Birmingham dog warden Kelly Evans pays a visit to a woman who has four dogs and eight puppies in her house and seven cats locked in the bathroom.
