Daphne Brogdon is transforming her backyard into an outside movie theater for a twilight party, and she has fun, drive-in movie food to match. Starring on the menu is her Culver Crest Popcorn Chicken, and in a supporting role, Camouflage Salad with Edamame and Cabbage. The night has a sweet ending with Mint Chocolate Bites, Olive Oil Popcorn, and Ginger Lemonade.

School's Out for Summer
It's a summertime backyard party at Daphne Brogdon's and she's got a few tricks on how to feed a group without spending a lot of cash! Daphne grills up her Sweet and Sticky Chicken Wings and creates a crowd pleasing Mac and Cheese with a special topping. Plus, she whips up her take on her mom's meatball recipe and to lighten things up, she makes unique Salad "Tacos" that both the kids and parents will love.

Dinner for Dad
Daphne Brogdon's husband, Mark Peel, has been working long hours at his new restaurant, so Daphne plans a special dinner to give him some TLC. First up, Grilled Spice-Rubbed Strip Steaks served with a Sweet and Spicy Onion Sauce. On the side, her twice-baked Two and Two Potatoes and a delicious Beet and Avocado Salad. Plus, Daphne makes a special "Dad-hattan" cocktail for Mark.

International Flair
When Daphne Brogdon's vacation fund is spend on household repairs, she creates an affordable international menu in place of the trip. She makes fun sticky ribs with banana ketchup, a soba noodle salad, and for a tropical dessert to put you in the right frame of mind, Coconut Rice Pudding with fresh, sweet mango.

Sum Sum Summertime
Inspired by a recent charity event on the beach, Daphne Brogdon turns her backyard into a beach oasis for a fun summertime party. For the menu, she's grilling up Chorizo Sliders with a Spicy Avocado Spread, Chula Vista Fish Tacos with Carlsbad Cream and the perfect soup for a summer day, Cool as a Cucumber Soup Shooters.

Foods That Scare You
Everyone has a food that they find intimidating, but Daphne Brogdon is here to cook through some of those scary ingredients. Her Belgian-ish Clams are easy and delicious, plus a Grilled Flank Steak with her Savory Secret Sauce co-starring anchovies! Sunchokes are anxiety-free when paired with creamy goat cheese, and yeast equals yum in delicious and decadent Cheesy Bread Rolls.

Cooking Economics
Daphne Brogdon has been teaching some college girls how to cook, and has come up with some great affordable, easy and delicious meals. She starts things off with a Hearty Summer Pasta, and Flavorful Tofu Tostadas are a tasty weeknight dish. Three Ingredient Pea Soup is small on ingredients, but huge on flavor, and her Ginger Lime Granita is low cal in SoCal.

Steam Power
Daphne Brogdon has been experimenting with steam, and has come up with some easy steamed recipes, like a Steamed Halibut with a Coconut Sauce that will curl your hair. Then, I Can't Believe These are Steamed Vegetables and Basmati Rice with Flax Seeds and Garbanzo Beans are side dishes with personality. Finally, Steamed Chocolate Pudding Cakes is soft, sweet and delicious.

Breakfast for Dinner
Daphne Brogdon loves breakfast, just not first thing in the morning, so she's making breakfast for dinner. On the menu are Olive Oil Fried Eggs with a Spanish Pantry Sauce that satisfies morning, noon or night. Then, two great sides that taste great together -- Crispy Hash Browns with Smoky Sauce, and Ham and Egg Fried Rice.

Fancy Dinner Night
Daphne Brogdon hatches a clever plan to keep the kids interested during a "fancy" dinner party. On her menu are Porterhouse Steaks accessorized with a Creamy Leek Sauce, Oven Roasted Crispy Potatoes partnered up with Fancy Butter, and Easy Creamed Spinach that might not win over the kids, but will make the adults smile. And for dessert, it's Maple Pudding topped with Bourbon Whipped Cream.

Dinner With the Mayor
Daphne Brogdon invites family friend Eric Garcetti and his family over for dinner. There's a little added pressure, since Eric is now the Mayor of Los Angeles, but she puts together a menu highlighting the best that L.A. has to offer. For an appetizer, she makes Seared Yellowtail with Horseradish Cream. Then, celebrating the fresh produce and diversity of the city, a Farmers' Market Salad and a Korea Town-Adjacent Pasta. And for dessert, a Very Berry L.A. Tart.

Road Trip Ready
Daphne Brogdon and the family are heading out on a road trip, and Daphne prepares some delicious snacks and car-friendly food for the road. First up, Hello Dolly Empanadas are a savory delight that fits in your hand. Then, two simple yet delicious road trip sandwiches, Roast Beef with Cucumber and Chive Cream Cheese, and Ham and Cheddar with Dill Butter. Plus, Toffee Pecan Cookies and for a tasty drink to go, fizzy Clementine Crush.

Backyard Camping
Daphne Brogdon decides it's time for the family to unplug and spend time together without any technology, so it's off to the backyard for an impromptu camping trip and dinner. On the menu, Grilled Split Hot Dogs on butter-toasted buns with three tasty toppings to choose from: Creamy Avocado Relish, Sweet Mustard Sauce and Buttermilk Ranch Slaw. Then a healthy side dish the kids love, Yellow Ears and Black Eyes Succotash, and a hearty Fireside Potato Salad. And finally, Daphne's S'mores Bars are a crunchy, creamy and sweet twist on a classic.
