Chantal Janzen en Tijl Beckand staan lijnrecht tegenover elkaar in De Jongens Tegen De Meisjes. Hierin nemen twee teams het tegen elkaar op. Het ene team, onder leiding van Chantal, bestaat uit bekende vrouwen. Het andere bestaat uit Tijl en bekende mannen. De teams worden bijgestaan door het publiek. Achter het damesteam zitten 100 vrouwen, de heren krijgen steun van 100 mannen.
