5pm: Rachel Maddow joins Nicolle Wallace to discuss Trump's moves to stop any change that might slow down ICE's mass deportation scheme, which has resulted in two deadly shootings in the span of just a week. Later, Ben Rhodes and John Heilemann join Nicolle to unpack Trump's willingness to plunge the U.S. military deeper into war with Iran just weeks after a supposed ceasefire.
