5pm: Nicolle Wallace covers the 6-3 SCOTUS decision telling states that they can almost never consider race when drawing congressional maps. This ruling, in addition to striking down Louisiana's Congressional Maps due to a majority Black district, will likely stifle Democrats' representation in Congress, especially from southern states. Later, Oliver Darcy, James Sample, and Eddie Glaude join Nicolle to discuss Trump and the FCC's attacks on Jimmy Kimmel.
