Where There's a Will, There's a Way
Two stories feature Southern wives desiring love--and money. First, country-girl Cristie Sehorne and her husband, Lee, have two children and live in Florida. Lee loves his work in commercial shipping, but his job requires long hours away at sea and Cristie is lonely without him. When Lee is shockingly murdered, investigators take a hard look at Cristie, and discover that Lee's lonely wife is also the keeper of fatal family secrets. In Tennessee, Raynella Leath enjoys a privileged life as the wife of the county District Attorney. When her husband dies, she's thrilled to find a second chance at love with sweet and funny family friend, David Leath. But when David also ends up dead, detectives begin unraveling the long and complicated story of Raynella's two marriages, two wills, and the truth behind what really happened to her two deceased husbands.
