Season 1
Prakan Pitakjiti is one of the most amazing surgeons in the hospital. He has a special gift which is the ability to see the angel of death. He called him Tua-Phee because he always shows up in the surgery room with a white ticket and it means that his patient won't survive any longer. Tua-Phee becomes the person who Prakan want to meet the least because his presence means his failure to save people. However, faith brings them together as it turns out that Tua-Phee is living next-door.

While Prakan is hard at work saving lives at the hospital, he is frequented by an unwelcome visitor, Tua-Phee, a reaper of souls.

After an organ transplant recipient learns of their donor's misdeeds, she is hesitant to accept the life-saving operation. Where the doctors fail to persuade her, only Tua-phee is able to change her mind.

A competition begins between Prakan and Metha to decide who will become the next Head of Surgery a the hospital.

After losing a bet, Prakan spend the day with Tuaphee at the beach.

Prakan's work becomes personal when his friend Baas sustains life threatening injuries.

Kita plans to confess his feelings to Prakan. Prakan slowly realizes that Tuaphee is not the heartless soul-reaper that he first assumed.

Tuaphee faces an impossible choice as Prakan's mother begins to pass from cancer.

Prakan suddenly recognized Tuaphee from before he died. Wiranuch begins to attract the attention of a gentleman at the hospital, making Metha jealous.

Ticket to Underworld
Prakan and Metha discover corruption within the hospital and confront the director.

Prakan experiences time without Tuaphee; Tuaphee must make a decision that may cause him pain in the future.
