End-of-Summer Celebration
Kardea Brown is celebrating the end of summer in style by inviting her family over for a seafood cookout. Her mouthwatering menu includes Charcoal Grilled Oysters topped with herb butter, Charleston Crab Crack with all the sauces, Smoked Fish Dip with crudite and crackers, Cornbread Panzanella and a light, refreshing Fun in the Sun Cocktail. When the cookout is over, it's time to light up the sky with fireworks!

If You Can't Stand the Heat ...
Kardea Brown shares her favorite dishes to make when it's just too hot to stay in the kitchen! She makes Easy Shrimp Kabobs with Garlic Sauce and Pasta Salad with Squash, Feta and Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette. Her Watermelon Salad is cool and crisp, and Creamy Orange Push Pops are a light, refreshing dessert. This menu is a quick and easy way to beat the heat and enjoy the sunshine!

Fridge Cleanout!
Just like most people, Kardea Brown's refrigerator fills up random veggies, fruits and other bits of recipes she has made. So before anything spoils, Kardea gets creative and makes a cheesy Lasagna Dip with leftover meats and cheeses, Grilled Eggplant Bruschetta with a lonely eggplant, Grilled Veggies with Collard Green Pesto and a refreshing Red Wine Mixed-Berry Granita made with leftover red wine and berries.

Surprise, Ma!
Kardea Brown hits the road to surprise her mom in Atlanta with a visit. On her way, she stops at a seafood stand to pick up some sweet Charleston shrimp for the grill -- a little taste of home for Ma! In Ma's kitchen, they make New Orleans-Style BBQ Shrimp and Grilled Rubbed Chicken with an Alabama White Sauce. Kardea makes a light and crisp Rainbow Carrot and Fennel Salad with Apricots, and they top off their reunion meal with a delicious Unwind Sangria.

Finger Lickin' Finger Foods
One thing Kardea Brown absolutely loves about game day is the food! She invites a few of her friends over for a pregame with Oven Roasted Carolina BBQ Chicken Wings, Turkey Sliders with Onion Jam, Mini 8-Layer Dip and Chips and, for a sweet finish, Crunchy Peanut and Pistachio Caramel Popcorn. Kardea's finger-licking menu always wins!

Lunch with My Biggest Lil' Fan
Kardea Brown invites her biggest little fan -- 5-year-old Braylen and her mom -- over for lunch. Braylen reached out to Kardea on social media and has even recorded herself making one of her recipes! Miss Brown makes Sheet Pan Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Homemade 'Tato Bites, Fruit Kabobs with Strawberry Cream Cheese Yogurt Dip and very special PB&J Stuffed Cupcakes.

Party Food Everyone Loves!
Kardea Brown invites her family over to celebrate her baby nephew's first birthday, but just because it's a kid's party doesn't mean the adults can't love the food, too! Kardea cooks up a perfect party menu that all her guests -- young and old -- will love. She serves a variety of Sheet Pan Pizzas, Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, Homemade Chef's Salad and a Vanilla Celebration Cake with a mini version for her nephew to smash!

Aunt TC's Sammich Shop
Kardea Brown's Aunt TC is opening a sandwich shop (or "sammich," as she says), and she wants Kardea to help her develop the menu. Kardea has some delicious ideas for them to cook and taste test, like Grilled Shrimp Po' Boys, Fried Peanut-Crusted Chicken Sandwiches, Twice Fried Sweet Potatoes Fries with a variety of sauces and, for dessert, Lemon Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Sea Island Classics
Kardea Brown celebrates her Gullah culture and heritage with her friend, Gullah folk singer Quiana Parler from the award-winning band Ranky Tanky. They share a meal inspired by the Sea Islands and their Gullah tradition. Kardea makes Gullah Gumbo with Shrimp and Tomatoes, Traditional Crab Rice and Grilled Okra with Bacon. For something sweet, she puts a spin on a Lowcountry classic with her Charleston Chewy Cheesecake.

Inspired by Charleston's Best
Kardea Brown and her friend KJ Kearney like to explore Charleston's food scene together, and KJ has even developed a social media presence based on his outings. Kardea invites KJ over to treat him with her versions of Charleston's best, taking inspiration from the great meals they've shared together. She makes a Panko Fried Pork Chop Sandwich on Grilled Texas Toast, Shaved Green Cabbage Slaw with Shallots and Dijon Vinaigrette, Lima Bean Salad and a special Homemade Banana Pudding.

Friendsgiving
Kardea Brown invites her lifelong besties over to show them how thankful she is for their friendship in the best way she knows how -- by feeding them! For this Friendsgiving, Kardea is in charge of the all-important turkey and side dishes, and her girlfriends bring dessert and drinks. To start, Kardea serves Deviled Crabs in the shell. Then she makes a Cajun Butter Spatchcock Turkey along with Fried Cabbage with carrots and peppers and Sweet Potato Stuffed Cornbread.

Bridge Run Brunch
Kardea Brown and her friends are meeting up with their trainer for a bridge run workout. After burning some calories, it's time to put a few back, so Kardea invites them all back to her house for brunch. She makes a Seafood Omelet Bar with all the fixings, Candied Bacon, Peaches and Cream Scones and refreshing Sparkling Mimosas.

A Delicious Christmas
It's that special time of year again, and Kardea Brown is making a holiday dinner for her mom, grandma and cousin. On the Christmas table this year is a beautiful Brown Sugar Glazed Ham with Cloves, Red Rice Perloo (a Gullah staple), Green Bean Casserole and Apple Cider Cobbler for dessert.
