In 1989, the murder of Kjell Ohlsson, in Stockholm, Sweden, has Investigators grasping at tracks to follow to a motive and a murderer. But nothing pans out that gets them any closer. In present day Stockholm, an Investigation into the circumstances surrounding the 1975 attack on the West German Embassy is opened up by the Swedish Security Police; to discover who in Sweden helped the revolutionaries responsible. The present day investigation team start to uncover the four names which were known about as having been the Swedish sympathizers who helped with the German Embassy attack in 1975. Discovering also that these names were removed from all files relating to the case in 1975. In 1989, the investigation is stumbling towards its inevitable shutdown. In 1975, the "group of four" support the revolutionaries in their preparation for the embassy attack.
