Pia and Jan are newly in love. And yet they are different from a normal young couple. Both are terminally ill. And one of her last big wishes leads her to Ellmau. The adventurous Pia, who suffers from a severe immunodeficiency and doesn't have long to live, really wants to climb up the Felsspitz on the Wilder Kaiser one last time, which made a big impression on her as a child. She and her boyfriend Jan, who also suffers from a deadly brain tumor, want to enjoy the time they have together and travel before they die. But Pia collapses on the mountain, and Jan's headaches also get worse. Bergdoktor Martin Gruber orders further examinations - and can't believe it: Jan's tumor has encapsulated itself and will shrink, so Jan will get well again! Provided he undergoes immediate radiation therapy, which would upset his and Pia's Australia travel plans. But how will Pia react to this surprising news?
