Derren meets Dame Kelly Holmes at a north London running track. The nation's favourite runner can certainly run, but can she hide from Derren as he attempts to get inside her head?

Episode 3
It's thirsty work as Derren finds himself in the company of a water diviner in the Nevada Desert. Then, in London, Derren dons a blindfold and challenges passers-by to a game of noughts and crosses.

Episode 4
Derren executes a breathtaking routine across the canals of Venice. Back home, he summons Robbie Williams to a remote location in the East End for some trance-induced body piercing.

Derren performs a perplexing effect on Vienna's iconic giant Ferris Wheel from Orson Welles' The Third Man

Episode 6
Derren visits Monaco, the gambling capital of Europe, to test his card skills and perform a fantastic memory feat. Back home, he tries to make a man feel sensation in an amputated limb.

Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets.
