Japanese Cedar

Around 70% of Japan is covered in forests. Japanese cedar is an indigenous species that's been used in everyday life for centuries. However, falling demand means cedars are starting to destabilize forest environments and their pollen has become a major problem. Join designer Katsushi Nagumo as he explores new ways to bring the culture of Japanese cedars into the future.
