It's the "paddock to plate" philosophy come to life as hosts Adam Liaw, Renee Lim and Lily Serna criss-cross the country to track down and taste-test the best there is. From goat farms to gourmet restaurants, Destination Flavour combines the three key ingredients for great viewing: gorgeous scenery, wonderful characters and sumptuous food.

Season 2
Destination Flavour: Japan
In his twenties, Adam Liaw embarked on the biggest adventure of his young life: he packed a suitcase or two, (along with his Law degree), and set up shop in Japan. Over the next seven years he learned the language, fell in love with a Japanese girl, and was overwhelmed by a food culture that rivals – more often eclipses – all others. Now Adam returns to the country that first fired his passion for food in Destination Flavour: Japan. From the frozen ponds of Hokkaido in the north to the southern multicultural island of Okinawa, we follow the much-loved recipe of the first series of Destination Flavour: one-on-one encounters with the obsessive primary producers, local food legends and master chefs; peppered with recipes that anyone can try in their own kitchen.

Season 3
Destination Flavour: Down Under
Adam Liaw takes in the untouched beauty of the Western Australian coastline, the baking heat of the red centre, the tree-changers paradise of northern New South Wales, New Zealand's most spectacular scenery – and plenty of delicious food. Along the way Adam meets the gatherers and growers who stand proudly behind their produce. They're real people with real stories and their passion and dedication is what makes them food heroes. Share Adam's relentless pursuit of food and produce perfection – and the recipes he uses to convert the ingredients picked up at every spot, into scrumptious dishes.

Season 4
Destination Flavour: Scandinavia
A food revolution has hit Scandinavia! This time on Destination Flavour, Adam Liaw heads far north to investigate. In what is possibly the cleanest, healthiest, and happiest part of the world, Adam immerses himself in Scandinavian culture, history and cuisine to explore the notion of The New Nordic food revolution, and the effect it has had on the region and possibly our future.

Season 5
Destination Flavour: Singapore
In this series of Destination Flavour, Adam visits the Asian food mecca of Singapore. Over 6 weeks, he goes on a journey of food discovery like no other across the length and breadth of the small island nation. From specialty hawker stalls that have been handed down through generations, to some of the finest 5-star restaurants on the planet featuring the likes of Michelin-starred chef Guy Martin and even Australia's own Chef Tetsuya Wakuda, Adam leaves no stone unturned in his quest to share with us the very best flavours the country has to offer. But for Adam, this journey is also personal, as he discovers not only long-held secrets about his family ancestry in Singapore, but also takes on one of the biggest pressure-cooker challenges of his career.
