This trip, Guy Fieri's diggin' cheffed-up eats made all kinds of ways! First up, a DDD alum and his wife launched a modern culinary spot in Decatur, Ga., sourcing local ingredients for a craveable coffee-dusted venison, the-bomb bordelaise-drizzled bone marrow and savory sautéed snails. In Lewisville, Texas, a bagel joint is bringing sci-fi vibes and legit New York style to the Lone Star State, toppin' their dynamite dough with basil and fermented jalapeño schmears. Plus, there's authentic Indian in Baton Rouge, La., platin' lights-out lamb kebabs, top-notch chutney and mouthwatering Malabar shrimp.
