Luca meets Viola and informs her of the tragedy that occurred, showing himself to be very close to his dear childhood friend. While the search for the bodies at the site of the explosion continues, Luca must still solve a complex case. Journalist Cosimo Notari has fallen victim to a clear mafia execution. In a video message, Notari himself accuses the builder Francesco Lomartire of his own death, whom he had been investigating for some time for alleged mafia infiltration. But there is no evidence to frame Lomartire. Barbara Rostagno (Lucilla Agosti) discovers that the killer who carried out the murder mounted a particular part on the motorbike, and in this way traces his identity, without telling his colleagues. But the hitman, Evaristo Rossi, surprises her and knocks her out. Our men manage to save her just in time.
