Patrick surprises Alexandre Gagnon at Carl Juneau's house and tries to reason with him. He and his partner are invited to the station so that they can see all the efforts being made to find their son. Cloutier finds that this investigation is starting to cost too much and that Nadine lacks the experience to lead it. He spoke to Commander Chiasson about it, suggesting that he transfer the file to an investigator from a neighboring district. Alexandre and Florence submit to the polygraph in order to rule out any suspicion concerning them.
