The Urban Guard expands and so does the chaos. In the midst of the election campaign, the neighborhood is more dangerous than ever. To investigate a criminal gang operating from the specialty café Cuero Café, the Intelligence Services recruit Felipe Rozenfeld. The city is not ready. The Community Squad even less so.
