Nick Knowles and the team are in Southampton to save Sarah, Paul and daughter Caitlin from their bare-brick lounge. The aim is to create a comfortable and relaxing lounge with an open-plan dining area given a Japanese twist.

Ipswich
Nick Knowles and the team help a single mother from Ipswich, who began demolition work on her kitchen but had to give up due to a bad back.

Liverpool
A dark, dingy garage is turned into a safe but far from boring place for a girl with Down's syndrome. Elisa and Andy Jones have been renovating it for the last six years but with little success until now.

Nottingham
"Where do I begin?" asks Phil Erasmus about the family kitchen? He has done some work but with time at a premium it's time to call in Nick Knowles and the team to create an ultra modern kitchen diner.

Plymouth
This week Nick Knowles and the team are in Plymouth. The Wroe family have hit a string of disasters building their two bedroom extension. However their build became insignificant when the family had the heartbreak of losing their baby daughter Imogen aged 15 months. Now back on their feet work has started again but the build is over budget and with the arrival of their new baby David the couple now share their bedroom with him and their daughter Kirsty. The challenge is to give Kevin and Tracey Wroe what they have been desperate for, space for themselves and their family.

Rossendale
Nick Knowles and the team visit Rossendale in Lancashire, where Craig Barwell and Vicky Trayner have a big task on their hands. After a succession of DIY disasters they have to live on Vicky's mum's sofa, putting their relationship under heavy strain, and have no money to pay anyone to finish the work. The DIY Team are here to finish the last room in their house, the lounge. Will Craig and Vicky eventually move in and start their life together?

Chelmsford
Nick Knowles and the team visit Chelmsford. A devasting year has left Karen and her children unable to carry out the necessary work to complete their kitchen, so Nick and the team come along to finish the job and give Karen the kitchen of her dreams.
