Bank Scams
Alexis Conran returns with a new look at the growing problem of scams. He travels the country to meet people who've been hit by scams large and small, from those who lost a few hundred quid, to one unfortunate victim who lost more than £100,000.

Text Scams
Alexis Conran travels to the West Midlands to meet people who have been affected by scams. Kelly lost more than £2,000 to a con artist who promised to rent her a dream home. However, the house was occupied by somebody else, leaving Kelly homeless. Alexis also meets Meena, who thought her broadband provider's customer service team had called with a tech problem. She later discovered it was a scammer who hacked into her phone and stole nearly £1,000 from her bank account.

Money Scams
Alexis Conran examines some outlandish scams. Alifiya reveals how a scammer tried to convince her he'd kidnapped her missing dachshund, threatening to kill her pup if she didn't pay up. It was only after a panic-stricken Alifiya sent money that she discovered he never had her dog in the first place.

Hackers
Alexis Conran explores how criminals are using Artificial Intelligence to create new scams. He speaks to Jen from Arizona about being tricked into thinking her daughter had been kidnapped, as criminals used AI technology to clone her voice. Kamilla explains how scammers stole more than £1000 of tech from her, using an app while pretending to purchase an iPad from her and Abbie discusses how she lost control of her social media accounts to a hacker.

Romance Scams
Alexis Conran looks at the problem of so-called romance scams and the psychological impact they can have on victims. He meets people who thought they were in online relationships only to become caught in a web of lies and conned out of thousands of pounds. Also, offering hints and tips on how to spot red flags in online communications and avoid becoming a victim.
