Season Four opens with the team unexpectedly traveling to the future to find an unwelcome surprise. Faced with their imminent demise, the Doom Patrol must decide once and for all which is more important: their own happiness or the fate of the world?

Hope Patrol
With the end of existence imminent, a determined Doom Patrol seek to get their longevities back and save the universe.

Orqwith Patrol
While trapped in Orqwith, Jane ropes Cliff into hunting for their longevities, as Vic gives Deric his own superhero moment by taking on the Scissormen. Meanwhile, Rouge tries to convince a gloomy Rita into joining the rest of the team.

Fame Patrol
Sent back to Earth after the cosmic blast, the Doom Patrol must figure out what to do with Immortus which unexpectedly leads them to a superhero parade. Meanwhile, Dorothy and Casey team up for a new mission, and Larry regards his future from a grim new perspective.

Immortimas Patrol
A music-filled Immortimas Day forces the Doom Patrol to reckon with the people they've become -- and who they once were.

Portal Patrol
After discovering a series of portals within the time stream, Vic secures one hour for each of his team members to search for their longevities. As the Doom Patrol is thrown into pivotal moments from the past, their futures come into focus as they attempt to save Rita, themselves, and the world.

Done Patrol
After returning to Cloverton, the Doom Patrol gather for a final mission one that proves to be unlike any they've had before.
