The daring provincial Lena Zhuravleva came to Moscow for the good life. But the capital did not conquer her at first – all her achievements and plans collapsed in one moment. Lena returns home, and in order not to become a laughing stock in her hometown, she puts on a show: she arrives in chic outfits and tells everyone that she works on television. Having learned that her ex-boyfriend Misha is going to get married, Lena makes a bet that she will easily quarrel him with his bride. The task turns out to be difficult, but the ambitious Lena cannot afford to lose here either. Her plan leads to a real crime.
