You can't get any healthier than soup with carrots, red bell Peppers, garlic, and cabbage. This soup will make your mouth water, and the best part about it is that it's quick and healthy for anyone and everyone who is super busy. Then she makes an Asian-inspired cabbage slaw with two types of cabbage, the purple and green cabbage, which makes this dish look as good as it tastes. It's sweetened up with red delicious apple slices and seasoned with a sesame vinaigrette. Yo-Yo tops this delicious slaw off with aperfectly seasoned grilled salmon. So, if your life is super busy and you want to eat right, then this is the episode for you.
