Also, Christian finds his hands full when he visits a bowls club, a young footballer seeks help for a groin strain and a businesswoman shares her extreme food allergies.

Dr Christian gives more health advice. In Southampton, a hairdresser is helped with chronic back pain and a patient's party lifestyle is cause for concern.

Manchester
In this episode, Doctors Christian and Sara are in Rusholme, Manchester a stone's throw from the world-famous curry mile. Sara meets a sweet shop owner whose constant sleep walking has almost led to serious consequences. Sara resolves to find a way to help the man to find new ways to relax and enlists the help of his whole family. Christian treats a PHD student experiencing severe hand pain and after advising a musician at risk of diabetes Christian demonstrates some of his own hidden talents. Also in line for treatment are a retired builder, a lady who believes she has bad breath and a restaurant worker suffering excess skin after a seventy five kilo weight loss. As the twelve hours tick away the doctors attempt to treat as many people as possible.

Glasgow
In this episode, Dr Christian and Dr Sara are in Govan, one of Glasgow's most deprived neighbourhoods. Christian's called to the house of Ravie Davie, a wrestler who's suffering pain from a spot on the inside of his nose. Christian gives him advice on letting nature take its course and asks some tough questions about the risks of extreme wrestling.
Sara meets Grzegorz a storeman who is suffering from the aftereffects of bowel cancer. Sara gives advice on how to improve his chances of corrective surgery and puts theory into practice with an outdoor exercise session.
Also, in the doctors' sights are a young mum suffering from anxiety, a retired police officer with a tight foreskin and a carer with an incontinence problem. The doctors strive to treat all these and more before their time runs out.

Oxford
Doctors Christian and Sara are in Oxford, where they treat an unusual joint condition, sore feet and stomach pain.

Blackpool
Christian and Sara visit Blackpool, meeting a man suffering from back pain and a woman with a rare condition that causes her to pull her own hair out.

Bournemouth
Sara and Christian visit Bournemouth, where a male student with an embarrassing ailment and a man with worryingly high blood pressure are among the cases.

Birmingham
Christian meets a man concerned about his cannabis smoking and family history, and a man with a nasal problem that causes him to regularly blow his nose.

Brighton
Christian and Sara park their medical bus in Brighton's trendy The Level park and among the cases is a student suffering from a compulsive burping problem.

Cardiff
Christian and Sara arrive in the capital of Wales eager to treat as many people as possible. Christian meets Ali a man with a smoking habit experiencing lung problems and erectile dysfunction, Christian uses all his powers of persuasion to attempt to persuade Ali to make some changes. Sara pays a home visit Katherine who's retired and a passionate flamenco dancer with an injured knee. Sara offers treatment and a sympathetic ear to Katherine who says she doesn't like to bother the doctor.
Also in the appointment book is a young mum with chronic back pain, a former steroid user suffering from ‘man boobs' and a man soon to be married worried about varicose veins ruining the big day.
