First into the clinic are Sarah and her husband Darren. Sarah's lost her sex drive and worries that if she doesn't start satisfying Darren's needs soon, he may find someone else who will. Christian considers a range of medical approaches to help get the couple back on track.

Next in are Matt and Becky from Blackpool, Matt has a rare condition that makes having children extremely difficult. Both Matt and Becky dream of starting a family and are in desperate need of help. Sara gets one of the in-house specialists to look into the complex condition and try and find an answer.

Taylor from Scotland is a former Miss Transgender Glasgow and recently had gender reassignment surgery. Since the surgery Taylor has developed a fear of having sex and worries that it could affect her new relationship with boyfriend Zak. They've both come to the clinic to ask for Sara's help.

Last but not least is Sarah whose been suffering from long term severe stomach pain that she's not found an explanation for. She's come to the clinic with her partner Josh to see if Dr Christian can solve the mystery.
