Incoming "Border Czar" Visits the Unfinished Arizona Wall

Trump recently appointed Tom Homan as our "Border Czar" to help implement his vision on fixing our border crisis. Homan has over 30 yrs of experience in immigration enforcement, having served in various capacities, including as a police officer, Border Patrol agent, and acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under Trump from January 2017 to June 2018. He also gained recognition for overseeing record deportations during the Obama administration, earning the Presidential Rank Award for his service. Dr. Phil takes Homan for the first time to see the Oletski Border Center in Arizona and to see a portion of the unfinished border wall. Homan meets with several sheriffs eager to hear how he plans on fixing the border plus talks to a rancher who says his property has caught 500,000 illegal migrants trespassing.
