Robert Roberson: Is He Innocent?

Robert Roberson is less than 48 hours away from being executed for capital murder in Texas for the 2002 death of his 2-year-old daughter, Nikki. Roberson was convicted based on a diagnosis of "Shaken Baby syndrome." However, advocates, including Robert's attorney Gretchen Sween, forensic legal specialist Kate Judson, and Jason Flom, founding board member of Innocence Project, argue that Nikki's death diagnosis is questionable and could have contributed to a wrongful conviction for Robert. Dr Phil continues his conversation with them from yesterday, along with Loni Combs, News on Merit Street anchor and former Los Angeles prosecutor, who says Robert's daughter's doctors had tunnel vision about her cause of death. Also joining the conversation is Dr. Daniel Amen who says "Shaken Baby Syndrome" is a legitimate diagnosis. Texas Representative Lacey Hull joins virtually and says Robert should not be put to death. Finally, Dr. Phil heads to Polunsky Unit in Livingston, Texas, to meet Robert in person. Find out what Dr. Phil learned about Robert and if Dr. Phil believes Robert got a fair trial.
