The rise of Artificial intelligence has allowed people to rapidly generate false information to sway voters. Paul Vallas says during his 2023 Chicago mayoral candidacy, he became a victim of a deepfake. Former presidential candidate Jason Palmer says AI is the future of elections. Center for Countering Digital Hate's CEO, Imran Ahmed, says AI platforms are now able to produce convincing, photorealistic images, and in the wrong hands, this powerful technology gives bad actors the power to mislead. And cyber security expert, Brandon Amacher, demonstrates how easy we all can be fooled by AI's deepfakes.
