Satirisch programma. Met: Jeroen van Koningsbrugge, Dennis van de Ven e.a. De bekendste karakters gaan de gewone wereld in. Dus let op, want de controleur op de tram is misschien wel knuffel-Marokkaan Sayid N'gish, Fred en Ria kunnen aanschuiven in de kantine, het boerenechtpaar Bert en Teun duikt wellicht op naast je in het museum. Verder ontmoeten Joop en Leon elkaar als vanouds in de snackbar, worstelt Ruben met de digitale werkelijkheid en het muzikale duo Dolsma en Van Wanten met elkaar. In de loop van de serie zullen ook nieuwe Draadstaal-personages verschijnen om hun kijk op Nederland en de rest van de wereld te geven. Kortom: een mix van experimentele en vertrouwde humor.
