Drag Race Germany - Season 1
Season 1
In the competition, 11 drag queens from German-speaking countries compete against each other to prove themselves to the jury in various challenges. It's about €100,000 - and above all about becoming the queen of all queens.
Episodes
Auftakt
Barbie Breakout, Gianni Jovanovic and Dianne Brill make their first appearance in the iconic format together with 11 drag queens. On the catwalk everyone presents themselves under the motto "Your Signature Drag Look" - who can convince the jury?
Fetisch
We start the second episode positively: The "Workout Queens" happily create fetish looks in 24 hours. Emotional moments with The Only Naomy and Metamorkid follow – and the first tears. The first queen is eliminated after a lip sync battle.
Dragort
In episode 3, "Dragort – the crime Rusical" will be performed. The queens sing, dance and rehearse as much as they can. Then they present "Glitter Party" looks on the runway. After the Lip-Sync Battle there are 9 queens left.
Lustige Geschäfte
In episode 4 our Queens play "Reading is Fundamental". Then they advertise unsaleable products in commercials and show "Night of the 1000 Angela Merkels" on the runway until in the end one of them has to go home.
Barbie Zalesh
In episode 5, two teams of queens guess terms in "Drag Zack Zack". The winning team chooses the plot for judge "Barbie Zalesh". The theme of the runway is "Rave Parade". At the end, a goodbye on the mirror leaves traces and cheers.
Snatch Game at Sea
The inner queens and kings are channelled and carried to the outside. Pandora Nox shares an emotional story. Snatch Game is played and when it comes to looks, "Dinner is Served" until a queen leaves the show after a lip sync.
Arm aber sexy
6 drag queens become groupies - only in terms of looks, of course. In the Construction Challenge they create outfits out of trash. On the runway they show reveal looks and "My Future Self". And again a queen has to leave the show after the lip sync.
Comedy Roast
In episode 8, Dianne Brill shows a tough door - but the queens still want to enter her club. The Maxi Challenge is a comedy roast, while the runway focuses on "Hairy Affairs". After lip syncing, a queen has to leave the show.
Web Show
In episode 9, the four remaining queens film two web shows. There is an emotional surprise with video messages from families and friends. On the runway they present themselves as opera divas. Nobody knows what happens next.
Makeover
In episode 10 of Drag Race Germany, Superfans get a Dirndl-Makeover. It's about making it to the final. After the runway and a lip sync, one queen has to leave and only three remain.
Reunion
In the reunion, 11 queens talk about special moments and highlights of the show. The finalists are celebrated and the eliminated queens present spectacular looks on the runway. Victoria Shakespears receives a special honour.
Finale
The last big performance: The finale. The queens present their best drag looks on the runway. The final Lip Sync Battle will decide who will become the Queen of Queens and win 100,000 euros.
