The epic mansion is on sale for £27m, offering a life-changing £2m-plus commission to whoever makes the sale. At Raffles five-star hotel and residences, newcomer George inspects a lavishly furnished royal penthouse suite. Confident new broker and party boy Harvey has come to Dubai to make his fortune. With no sales, no income, and time running out, his boss Rick pairs Harvey with arch-rival Karalina to mentor him. Harvey has one last chance to make his first sale.

In this episode, Rick secures an exciting new opportunity in the desirable community of Emirates Hills. Leasing manager Jake and sales manager Connor must compete to sell or rent the £33m villa with eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms and highly unusual furnishings, including an indoor cave. Karalina mentors party boy Harvey, who doesn't take the help as seriously as she'd like. Top broker Michelle gives big boss Rick an ultimatum - move her into Sales, or she's leaving for a rival company. But Rick doesn't respond well to threats.

Connor struggles with the old work/relationship balance. Michelle is abruptly replaced.
