Duff: Ace of Taste - Season 1

Season 1
Episodes

Firehouse Chili
Duff Goldman is cooking for some local firefighters, who everyone knows love to eat well, so Duff rises to the challenge by showing off his calling card: classic, all-beef Texas Chili. Of course, it's not chili without trimmings, so Duff digs in and presents a comforting spread of Sweet Southern Cornbread and Peach Cobbler with No-Churn Ice Cream. Dish up the cozy, please!

Bake Sale!
The neighborhood school is having a bake sale, so Duff Goldman wants to help. Riffing on the bake sales he loved as a kid, Duff bakes up some crowd pleasers, including Brown Butter Blondies, Green and White Cookies, buttery Tricolor Bullseye Spritz Cookies and syrupy Topanga Honey Baklava. Plus, Duff shows off how to pack up the precious cargo and get it ready for a sale.

Band Practice
There's no doubt that Duff Goldman loves to rock! But before he can make the music, he needs to make the snacks for band practice. Duff puts together a rockin' good lineup of Cheeseburger Cream Puffs, sweet and spicy Muhammara dip and, for dessert, Boston Cream Donuts.

Josephine's First Tea Party!
Having baby Josephine in his life allows Duff Goldman to indulge in the dainty and delicious. He puts together recipes perfect for tiny fingers to grab, like Mini Quiches filled with bacon and cheese, layered Mini Joconde Sponge Cakes and his decadent Mini Fudge Bites. Joining Josephine, Duff and his wife, Johnna, for a fanciful tea party are Jet and Ali Tila and their daughter Amaya.

Johnna's Favorite Things!
Marrying Johnna was about the best thing Duff Goldman has ever done, so he's inspired to make her happy with everything she loves to eat. He starts with his Great Grandmother's Chocolate Babka and a savory Spinach Artichoke Babka. For dessert, classic Russian Tea Cakes are Duff and Johnna's perennial favorite cookies, and a Mocha Coconut Frappe is Johnna's favorite coffee drink.

Sunset Hike
Duff Goldman loves being outside in the late afternoon with his wife, Johnna, so their sunset hike has become something of a tradition. To prepare for the outing, Duff bakes up a satisfying picnic of homemade Soft Pretzels with Cambozola Cheese Fondue and fried Pastrami Hand Sammies, and he makes Malibu Berry Hand Pies for a delicious and easy way to end any hike.
