Feeling Poorly
Ken the landlord is laid up with the flu as the police arrive to celebrate their successful drugs bust. Duffy is in no mood for celebrating and faces up to the prospect of single life, seeking solace in the bottom of his beer glass.

Quiz Night
The chance to win a box of chocolates has the regulars racking their brains in an attempt to win at The Grapes quiz night, and Eddie soon finds himself in a pickle as he reveals his specialist subject.
Ken and Tanya's relationship steps up a notch as Tanya lays on her charms for Ken and he lays on free sarnies. Mel and her new boyfriend Dean get close and personal as they think about getting a place of their own and Duffy subjects the pub to another dose of melancholic music and mood as his single-lifedom begins to sink in.

Do You Like the Circus?
The regulars continue to gossip about Ken and Tanya, and his relationship with Mel has turned distinctly cold following the discovery of her and Dean getting close and personal during last week's quiz.
Eddie and Joan discuss with the whole pub their love of circuses, as Phil and Nige divulge that they nearly got caught with their pants down during a police raid. Tommy gets a new job and Jumping Joe's Krazy Road Show gets a gig.

Practice
Ken smartens himself up to play the romantic lead whilst rumours of him throwing the towel in at the pub spread amongst the locals.
Duffy plays down his recent good fortune and his life gets back on track, but a heart to heart with Joe highlights a personal problem in Joe's private life.
Jean's sleepwalking appears to be getting worse and Joan looks doomed to fail her driving test.

Part Time
Mel's 21st has arrived and the regulars look forward to a free buffet. Joe discovers the perks of being a DJ as Nicola uses her assets to attract his attention, and Phil and Nige take the opportunity to try out their new business venture.
Jean wonders if she will ever get the chance of a nice semi detached with conservatory and Ken makes the decision they've all been waiting for.

The Young and the Restless

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets. But when Max gets arrested and ends up helping Ellis solve a local crime, the two are offered the opportunity to redeem themselves, with Ellis going back to detective and Max staying out of jail. The catch? They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.

Wheel of Fortune
Contestants guess hidden phrases by guessing letters one at a time. Contestants win money or prizes, as determined by a spin of the wheel, for each correct consonant they guess. But they have to pay to see what vowels are in a puzzle. The contestant that has amassed the most winnings at the end of a game goes on to play the bonus round, in which the player can win even more -- prizes frequently seen in the bonus round include automobiles, vacations and more cash.
