The Formstone Family
Ranvir Singh and her team of experts return to give more families an eight-week challenge to get fitter, eat better and save money on their shopping. First up are the Formstones from Pontefract in West Yorkshire, whose aim is to stop snacking, ditch the convenience foods and get their chaotic shopping habits under control.

The Glen Family
Jena and Aaron live in Newton Abbot with their two sons Rory and Louis. When Ranvir first met the family in March, they said they were stuck in a rut and wanted to feel like a family again. Despite all following a meat free diet, no one was eating the same thing, making mealtimes a nightmare, and their food shopping was adding upto £220 each week.

The Paiva Family
Sergio and Fatima live in Southport with their two daughters, Helena and Victoria. When Ranvir first met the family in March, money worries were affecting them every month, they were living off a diet of deep fried food and struggled to recall the last time they ate vegetables. Mum Fatima admitted to having tried almost every diet out there, but nothing has worked as a long term solution, and she wanted to become a better role model for her children.

The Marshall Family
Becky and Craig live in Manchester with one year old baby Bonnie. When Ranvir first met them back in February, adapting to parenthood was taking its toll on their lifestyle, with eating and spending habits spiralling out of control.
