Fresh, Local, Wild

First up we're in Vancouver, British Columbia, where the Fresh Local Wild trailer is the catch of the day serving up a loaded Seafood Chowder Poutine, Chicken Fried Oyster Po' Boy and a Fish Shawarma with grilled Halibut, Salmon and Lingcod. Next we head to Orange County, Calif., for sumptuous sliders courtesy of The Flip Truck. Favourites include Seared Ahi Tuna with Macadamia Coconut spread and fresh Pineapple and a Kobe Beef with Aged Cheddar and Peppery Arugula. Then we drive over to the Chef Shack in Minneapolis, for some crunchy comfort food like a Tempura Battered Herring Sandwich with homemade tartar sauce on a toasted baguette or Pulled Pork Nachos with Poblano Corn salsa and fresh Guacamole. And finally Eat St pulls up in Dallas, where the Good Karma truck is feeding the bellies and souls of it's customers with vegetarian dishes like a Margherita flatbread pizza with housemade dough and marinara sauce, provolone cheese and sundried tomato or their Teriyaki rice bowl with steamed brown rice and mixed veggies.
