North West Regional Final

South East Semi Final
There is a surprise twist in today's show, when the critics bring back the four home cooks who have made it through to this week's regional final.

Mark and Michael
Yeovil postman Michael competes against Swanage property developer Mark in an attempt to become the home cook champion.

Camelia and Chris
The battle lines are drawn between two contestants from Dorset who are set to win the next heat using local produce. But how will the Enemy react to ex-army man Chris's decision to stuff a sausage? And will mother of two Camelia win the formidable foursomes' approval with her magic strawberries?

Alison and Ian
It's a bad day in the kitchen for Home cooks Alison from Gloucestershire and Ian from Somerset, who get a hard time from the Enemy. One main course looks like a dog's dinner and the other looks boring. Can either of them impress the gang of four?

Ann and Ruth
Two very different home cooks from Cardiff fly the flag for Wales. Will vegetarian nutritionist Ruth be devoured by the jury who are staunch carnivores? And does this mean meat-loving Ann has an easy ride from the Enemy?

South West Semi Final
The week's four winners take part in a regional final, with two eliminated after the main course, and only two given the chance to make dessert.

Abbie and Sylvia
In an attempt to become Eating with the Enemy home cook champion, two Yorkshire based cooks are hauled over the coals by the enemy. One cook can't cope under pressure and the consequences are disastrous. Will it be vicar's wife Sylvia who loses it in the kitchen, or vivacious super-mum Abbie?

Ian and Gita
Which of today's cooks will get through? Will it be Gita from Bradford with her Indian cuisine? Or will it be Ian from Tyneside with his no nonsense fare?

Caroline and Pamela
Facing the Enemy today are Pamela from Northumberland and Caroline from West Yorkshire. The formidable foursome like well seasoned food, but are the contestants prepared to pander to the critics' taste-buds, or face their outrage?

North East Semi-Final
Three contestants face the Enemy and one will be eliminated after the main course. Only two will get to make dessert. The winner will go on to tomorrow's final.

Final
Four cooks have made it to the final to become Eating with the Enemy home cook champion. A three course meal is on the menu and one cook will be eliminated after each course.

Marshals stars Luke Grimes reprising his role as Kayce Dutton. Kayce and his teammates - Pete Calvin, Belle Skinner, Andrea Cruz and Miles Kittle - must balance the high psychological cost of serving as the last line of defense in the region's war on violence with their duty to their families, which for Kayce includes his son Tate and his confidants Thomas Rainwater and Mo from the Broken Rock reservation.
