Daniel Marrack returns to town after 20 years to set up a surf cafe. But not everyone is pleased to see him return. In a small town, gossip is big and gossip suggests Dan is a killer. Is it just gossip or is there some truth to the suggestion the he is a killer. Time will tell. Mark Penwarden is the main person who wants Daniel out of town, but in trying to run Daniel out of town, he's big mouth may have the opposite effect. Jimmy promises his best friend Charlie that he can he first dibs on the next new girl in town. But will he keep that promise when he sees new arrival Abi.

Mark wants Dan out of his life and will do anything to get what he wants. When Dan's surf cafe comes under attack, is Mark behind it? Meanwhile Fin has money trouble, and the Caravan Park may suffer as a result. Ian goes to Mark to help save it, but Mark has other plans, and Ian's attempts to save the place, may result in it being destroyed.
