The Welvaert family is a sympathetic farming family from Wijtschate. Father Jos decides to invest his money with cousin Geoffrey. In the meantime, son Frank has his Filipino girlfriend Julita come over. Unexpected cultural differences soon emerge.

Jos and Steven start their cannabis plantation and secretly move to a grow shop in the Netherlands. Frank wants to take a nice trip to Bruges with his Julita to strengthen their relationship, but his mother comes along.

Operatie Plukketuffers
In the parking lot of the Poperinge swimming pool, Chantal catches Steven with weed. Ria is in complete disarray because of this and Jos is afraid that Ria will find out his secret. Frank meets people for the first time with his Julita. He takes her to a reception in the garage where he works.

What is that with the washing machine?
Ria is angry with Jos because he grows weed. She has moved in with Frank, but he wants to get rid of his mother. Meanwhile, Nenita pressures Julita to return to the Philippines with her and Lucien's money...
