An official is under enormous time pressure as he has to prevent a nuclear disaster. A woman tries to bribe a nuclear power plant operator. She demands that he admit to a covered-up mistake, otherwise she will blow up the plant.

Felix manages to escape. However, he leaves Elena behind and devises a plan. Together with Kirsten and Tremmel, he launches a rescue mission. He wants to overpower the hostage-takers and deactivate the bomb.

When a currywurst restaurant in Bochum suddenly explodes, the owner Hartmut Hardy Wenger is killed. He had never revealed the secret recipe for his currywurst to anyone. Now his daughter is faced with a big problem.

When a nobleman is shot dead near a hunting lodge with five hunting rifles, Einstein questions Bochum's elite. He knows most of them from his boarding school days: Ludwig, Ferdinand, and Cassandra von Hohenstein.

Antischall
Two key witnesses in a trial against the Mafia are supposed to testify against their own family. However, when Luciano Burrini is poisoned the night before the hearing, Luna flees in fear of suffering the same fate. Einstein is called in to help.

Kybernetik
When Einstein's colleague Prof. Zweiwasser is found murdered, his followers seem distraught over his death. Only Zweiwasser's assistant benefits from the incident, as she now takes over his position. Einstein investigates.

Extension
This time, the case involves a young man who was run over by a road roller. Einstein and his team find clues that lead them to an escort agency. However, in order to obtain information, he must conduct an undercover investigation.

Infrarot
When Einstein's best friend is kidnapped, he has to infiltrate a weapons company. However, the premises resemble a high-security facility, so he needs the support of the police. Surprisingly, his mother is also able to help him.
