Победитель шоу « Вызов оккультиста » Константин Шумейко зарабатывает на жизнь, изображая из себя экстрасенса Любомира Мерлана. Сам Костя презирает все потустороннее и с помощью логики и эрудиции помогает наивным людям решать проблемы, которые на первый взгляд кажутся чем-то мистическим и волшебным. Тем временем к Косте присоединяется его брат Игорь, обаятельный и нежный неудачник, который тщетно пытается вернуть жену Викторию и завоевать расположение сына Марка. Порядок в квартире экстрасенса поддерживает домработница Валентина Ивановна – опытная женщина, которая за словом в карман не полезет. Костя и Игорь проводят много времени в баре, где работает Уна – бывшая серебряная ложка, пошедшая против воли отца, а теперь привыкшая жить на бесплатном хлебе. Вместо учебы в Лондоне она работает барменом и мечтает стать спасительницей диких животных в Африке. Иногда друзья помогают Косте в решении дел, а также поддерживают друг друга.
