In 1889, Nolasco Black, a forensic odontologist, is recruited by the police to assist in the investigation of a murder. "Flammarion", a group of women supports the dentist. A mysterious doctor arrives at the local hospital.

Six months later, a young boy finds a woman's body in an alley in Mexico City. Nolasco and Sofía, now a couple, along with Urra, try to stop Williams' murders. Later, the couple faces a new mystery in Paris.
