Dalila slowly poisons Andrés in order to take control of El Despertar without arousing suspicion, but her patience is running out. Meanwhile, Luna discovers that the estate is bankrupt and must choose between pursuing her dreams or supporting her father.

Luna returns to Mexico with every intention of staying to help her father and save the estate. Dalila is furious upon hearing the news, as it means that her plan to get rid of Andrés has been ruined.

With Luna back, Dalila changes her plan to get rid of Andrés and orders Boco to take advantage of the horseback ride to cause an accident that will bring Andrés closer to death.

Boco warns Dalila that Luna's return could be her downfall, not only because it puts her plan to take over the estate at risk, but also because it could spark a family war over Federico's love.

Sebastián is furious that he can do nothing about Maya's unhappy marriage, while Don Leo warns him about the dangerous path of falling in love with Pancho Cadena's wife.

Rodrigo tries to pressure Luna into marrying him, but she turns him down. Amid the turmoil, Saúl speaks up in defense of her decision, raising more questions than answers. Meanwhile, Dalila commits a crime that will change everyone's lives forever.

Shocked by Lupita's sudden death, Andrés decides to speed up the changes to his will to secure Luna's future, regardless of Dalila's opinion.

Luna tells Andrés about her decision to marry Rodrigo, hoping he will be happy for her. Instead, he begs her to reconsider, knowing that although she is in love, it is not with the man she is about to marry.

Luna becomes an obstacle to Dalila's plans for the company, and despite Boco's warning, Dalila decides to send Federico to sabotage her. Has she made the right decision?

Luna tells Rodrigo that she has decided to marry him. Félix and Dalila celebrate the news, as it confirms that their plan to take control of Andrés's land is unfolding exactly as planned.

Don Leo tries to warn Sebastián about getting too close to Maya because Pancho is a dangerous man, but Sebastián refuses to listen. Captivated by more than just her beauty, he has already fallen in love with her.

Andrés begins to suspect that his end is near and, fearing that Dalila will stop at nothing to seize control of El Despertar, entrusts Sebastián with his will, hoping it will safely reach Luna when she needs it most.

Saúl confesses to Luna that she came up when he ended things with Yesenia. Worried about what he may be feeling, Luna warns him that if he's falling in love with her, it's best for them to stay away from each other forever.

Boco warns Dalila that he knows the truth about her real origins and that, no matter how hard she tries to erase her past, she can never escape it. Even so, he remains loyal to her because she is the only one who can help him win Clementina's heart.

While talking to Dalila, Luna notices a change in her mother's behavior. Convinced that Dalila has uncovered the truth about Andrés' will, Luna begs her to change it once again.

Recognizing her vulnerability, Dalila asks Félix and Rodrigo to work together and keep no secrets from one another, convinced it's the only way they can seize control of El Despertar.

After Andrés suffers a near-fatal heart attack, Félix manipulates him into moving up Luna and Rodrigo's wedding. Convinced he doesn't have much time left, Andrés is consumed with worry over the challenges his daughter will face without him.

News about Sebastián's fate leaves Dalila shaken. When she learns that Maya plans to divorce Pancho, she fears her entire empire will come crashing down, unaware that Maya is the legal front protecting her from any prosecution.

The promise to stay apart becomes the greatest test for Luna and Saúl. As their lives reveal a series of surprising coincidences, they realize that fate has never stopped fighting to bring them back together.

Federico realizes Luna is torn between chasing her dreams and embracing her place at the hacienda. Seizing the opportunity, he approaches her with seemingly well-meaning advice, hiding his true intention of earning her trust.

After hearing Luna sing, Andrés finally realizes the whole truth. Fearing that the end of his life is near, he begs his daughter never to stop fighting for what truly makes her happy.

Determined to claim everything for herself, Dalila pushes Andrés to the breaking point, confessing each of her crimes in a calculated attempt to trigger a heart attack. Not even Sebastián can save his friend from the ruthless woman who, now a widow, celebrates her victory.

Although Dalila schemes to seize control of El Despertar, Andrés' allies refuse to back down. To make matters worse, angered by her mother's remarks, Luna makes it clear that she will never hand over the hacienda.

After sneaking into Andrés' funeral, Meche is discovered by Luna, who bombards her with questions about her father, unaware that she's putting her grandmother's life at risk.

Dalila resumes her new life determined to ruin Luna's plans, but Félix makes sure to warn her that the hacienda will soon be his. Luna has no idea that Andrés took out a loan using the property as collateral.

Pancho turns to Boco for help in getting revenge on Maya, a move that also strengthens his deal with Dalila regarding Sebastián. Despite the dark motives behind his actions, Pancho's only true motivation is Clementina.

Under pressure from Dalila, Pancho threatens Maya to force her to hand over the fortune to its rightful owner. But Maya refuses to sign, knowing that nothing would save her from prison if the authorities get involved—and she has no intention of trusting her ex-husband again.

After learning that the explosion was intentional, Saúl recalls Dalila's threat and fears she may be responsible. When he tells Luna, she refuses to believe her mother could be a criminal, creating a deep rift between them.

Saúl risks losing Luna after accusing Dalila. Following Salma's cunning advice, he will learn how to handle her, but this time, more than love is at stake.

Félix reveals that Rodrigo has a half brother. Rodrigo is furious to learn that Mael will inherit part of the fortune without lifting a finger, while he spent years trying to earn his father's approval.

Putting their differences aside, the young musicians come together to polish their musical project. After a heated exchange of ideas, they finally choose the band's official name.

Dalila uses Luna's health to manipulate Saúl and force them to break up. It's all part of a cold-blooded plan to make sure Luna marries Rodrigo and regain control of El Despertar.

Desperate, Dalila tries to rekindle her love with Sebastián. He, however, refuses to go back, realizing that even if there were still something between them, their relationship is impossible.

Rodrigo tells Luna about his father's plan to force her to marry him, but he refuses to accept her under those circumstances. To prove his intentions are genuine, he cancels the debt and gives her full control of her hacienda back.

Yesenia manipulates Luna and Saúl to tear their love apart, but with help from those close to them, the couple sees through her scheme and puts an end to the madness fueled by distrust.

Although the spirits seek revenge on Boco, Clementina's purifying love has transformed him, and nothing and no one will ever manage to tear him away from her side.
