The Path
After undergoing a life-threatening operation to have his brain aneurysm removed, Eli has been free of visions for six months. However, when a crane crashes into a building trapping Jordan inside, it's surprisingly Eli's brother, Nate, who has a vision of exactly where Jordan is -- and a brain aneurysm to go with it -- leaving him and Eli dumbfounded. Eli tries to convince Taylor the search and rescue team are looking for her father in the wrong place, but she refuses to believe him, setting off a legal showdown between the two former lovers.

Grace
Eli's latest vision comes to him in the form of a gorgeous, confident, brunette singing to him. He discovers to his surprise that the girl -- Grace -- is real after he meets her at a baseball game, and he and Grace embark on a whirlwind romance. That same week he and Maggie represent a father who's trying to prevent his son, who died in Iraq, from receiving a military burial.
