At The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Dr James Williams fears for a young cheerleader who's landed on her head in training. Dr Michael Dunne expects the worst when he unwraps the bandages from a man's arm after it was mangled in a car accident.

Dr David Sparkhall fears the worst as he takes the tourniquet off a handyman's blood-soaked arm. Dr Tristan Harding expects multiple injuries in a man who's fallen off a roof-top balcony. Dr Emma West calms a mum who's cut though her hand.

Dr Tinnie Chang's confused patient has severe head and back injuries after a horror fall. Nurse Lucy Stranger and Dr Zaheer Jayhoon fear the worst for a woman with heart issues. Dr Bec Hughes' young patient has strange abdominal pain.

Dr Michelle Thornhill worries an older man might lose his independence after falling off a roof. A 21-year-old bleeding in his throat has Dr Jonathan Papson taking action. Dr Emma West fears for a cyclist who's been trapped under a tram.
