Twelve-year-old Lily is rushed into St George's, having been hit by a car. She was treated at the scene by emergency doctors who placed her in an induced coma; now she has a CT scan to reveal the full extent of her injuries. Meanwhile, ex-Royal Marine Wesley undergoes a complex operation using plates, screws and rods to connect his skull to his neck.
