In this first episode, two motorcyclists need specialist care, as the helicopter medics try to save the life of Pete, while Tom may have a serious spinal injury. And a woman is kicked in the face by her horse.

Episode 2
In this episode, medics use battlefield dressings to try to save the life of a man who's bleeding to death. Nine-year-old Ar-Rayyan has been hit by a car and has a nasty head injury. And a fall leaves septuagenarian Bonnie with a severely fractured ankle.

The air ambulance teams race to help farmer Dennis, who's been pierced in the chest by a metal spike, motorcyclist Ian, who's crashed in the Lake District, and toddler Alistair, who is badly scalded

Episode 4
In Sunderland, medics must work quickly to try and save Susan's life following a major gas explosion. A boating accident on the Norfolk Broads leaves holidaymaker Carol with a partially amputated foot. And Kevin suffers multiple serious injuries when he comes off his motorbike.

Episode 5
Some strong pain relief results in unexpected hilarity following a serious footballing injury. Meanwhile, Rose is freed from a rolled car.

Episode 6
The air ambulance teams battle to save cyclist Graham's partially amputated leg. Rose is freed from a rolled car in Buckinghamshire. And Gary suffers a rare and extremely serious complete knee dislocation playing football but strong pain relief results in some unexpected hilarity.

Episode 7
The air ambulance teams are called out to help Dennis, who's having a heart attack. A spin on her bike has catastrophic consequences for Carolyn. And there's a dramatic night-time car crash in Norfolk.

Episode 8
Britain's air ambulance teams race to bring the hospital emergency department to where it's urgently needed. Mick is put into an induced coma after suffering a cardiac arrest on the tennis court. Fell-runner Michael is seriously injured by cows in Cumbria. And helicopter medics face danger as they treat Adrian, who's been crushed by a collapsed wall.

Episode 9
Mountain-biker Ivan sustains a serious head injury in a fall in a remote part of a forest. In Teesside, four-year-old Abithan needs strong pain relief when he breaks his thigh bone. And 84-year-old farmer Derek fractures a previous hip replacement when he falls off a ladder.

Episode 10
Steph is trapped with multiple injuries after a bad smash near Alnwick in Northumberland. An accident with a bonfire leaves Paul with serious burns. And in Thetford Forest in Norfolk, it's difficult for the medics to reach horse-rider Alice, who has badly broken her ankle.
