A tree surgeon falls from height in Ashdon, breaking his femur. A motorbike accident in the Peaks sees medics rushing to the aid of Jamie, who has a seriously damaged arm and other fractures.

A head-on car accident in Cumbria leaves Nick's life hanging in the balance, East Anglian heli-meds land on a roundabout island to help Craig who has come off his motorbike and smashed headfirst into a signpost. Plus, medics battle extreme weather conditions to reach a man trapped under his JCB digger.
