For this second series, we take up residency at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, East Anglia's busiest Emergency Department, whose nurses take us behind the curtain of life on AND off the ward.
Hard work, true grit & a lot of laughs, these are determined young people who dive-in & thrive in a workplace most of us hope we never have to go to.

Emergency nurses Jess, Hayley and Connor treat two bizarre injuries, Charlie and Gerry race to stabilise a RTC victim, and Toni treats a teen after a stunt.

Emergency nurses Kat and Becca help student nurse Meredith through her first trauma call, Dulcie looks after a 106-year old who is her oldest patient yet.

Episode 3
The Norfolk and Norwich emergency nurses are faced with severed arteries, dislocated joints, numerous broken bones and a rather large bump in children's ED.

Nurses Ben and Chloe treat a seizure patient and a teenage drink driver, nurse Mae sees a toddler with a popcorn issue, and nurse Kia reveals her bodybuilding.

Episode 5
Nurses Charlie and Hazel battle to prevent a patient from falling into a diabetic coma while nurse practitioner Jack treats a man with an amputated thumb.

Episode 6
Emergency nurse Ben battles to shock a patient's heart electrically while nurse Kerryn has to manipulate a young boy's leg fracture.

Episode 7
Emergency nurse Kat treats an air ambulance patient who's fallen from ten feet up, Alex nurses a cyclist with an open fracture, and Hazel tends to a toddler.

Episode 8
Emergency nurse David treats a man crushed by a bull, resus lead Charlotte nurses a patient with a broken ankle, and paediatric nurse Gemma throws a big party.

Episode 9
Nurses Becca and Charlotte help a patient through two ankle manipulations after falling off a horse before joining the other nurses to get "plastered"...

Episode 10
Nurse Jo identifies with a young asthma patient, the team tend to an elderly couple involved in a joint accident, and Charlie celebrates her engagement.
