Callum waits in a lay-by for a contact to pull in and present him with fake passports for Zoe, Effie and the two children. He is later stunned when he returns to Home Farm to find Zoe and Effie kissing and storms out with the documents before speeding off in his car. Zoe is distraught, knowing that her plan cannot work without him. Over in The Woolpack, Rodney brags about being the new owner of Home Farm. Sadie overhears and goes to congratulate him. She asks what he paid and when he tells her £3.5m she manipulatively says that Zoe was offering it for far less. Rodney is left thoughtful. Meanwhile, Tom takes his family to the field behind the Vet's where there is a huge billboard advertising the new development.
