Cain admits to a disgusted Jasmine that he used her to get at Debbie. Their conversation is overheard by a mischievous Sadie and she later confronts Jasmine about it. Meanwhile, Debbie declares that Cain has lost her and Sarah forever and vows revenge. Elsewhere, Katie demands that Jo stops blackmailing her. With Andy oblivious to the situation, Katie fears that Jo could wreck things for the couple forever. Meanwhile, Simon accepts an offer on Mulberry Cottage. But he is the only one celebrating as Ashley, Laurel and Sandy agonize about being made homeless.
