Pratt struggles to cope with his brother's "coming out." Luka and Gates treat a teenage girl found in front of her school, bleeding and apparently raped. As Abby and Neela try to figure out what happened, Luka must help the girl's mother cope with the assault. Abby's friend from Ike's returns.
